WHAT IS A cURRY WRAP?
A Curry Wrap (aka kati roll) is a street-food dish originating from Kolkata, West Bengal in India. In its original form, it is a skewer-roasted kebab wrapped in a paratha bread, although over the years many variants have evolved all of which now go under the generic name of kati roll. After spending months in making a kati roll that is slightly different from the traditional way of making but appeals to most in Australia, we have come up with our own version of this mouth-watering dish.
The Curry
The curry gets all its taste from the blend of authentic spices. The century-old method of preparation is still something that we follow religiously. We marinate the chicken pieces with a variety of spices and let it sit for hours in the fridge before cooking.
